Printing Instructions
All Lily Paper Co inserts are provided as high-quality PDF files and can be printed at home, through a local print shop, or with an online printing service.
Before Printing
- Open PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Reader for best results
- Mac users may also print using Preview
- Print at Actual Size or 100% Scale
- Do not select "Fit to Page" or "Shrink to Fit"
- Ensure your printer is set to the correct paper size
Double-Sided Printing
- Print double-sided whenever possible
- Select Flip on Long Edge for portrait inserts
- Select Flip on Short Edge for landscape inserts
- Print a test page first if you are unsure of your printer settings
Paper Recommendations
- 28–32 lb paper for everyday planning
- Heavier paper may be preferred for fountain pen users
- Premium matte paper provides the best writing experience
Punching & Cutting
- Trim pages using the included crop marks when applicable
- Punch pages after trimming to your preferred planner size
- Verify page orientation before printing large batches
